About the Position:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced mathematics tutor to join our team at HEX Tutors Academy. As a mathematics tutor, you will provide personalized instruction to students of all ages and skill levels, helping them achieve their academic goals.

Main Responsibilities:

• Teaching and Mentoring: Deliver engaging and interactive in-person or online mathematics lessons, adapting to each student's individual needs and learning styles.
• Conceptual Clarity: Break down complex mathematical concepts into easy-to-understand terms, utilizing visual aids and examples to enhance comprehension.
• Student Support: Patiently address students' questions and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their understanding.
• Progress Monitoring: Track students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly to ensure effective learning.
• Communication: Regularly communicate with students and parents to keep them informed about their progress and address any concerns.

Requirements:

• Mathematical Expertise: Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and problem-solving skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in mathematics or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a mathematics tutor or teacher.
