Job Summary

The purpose of this position is to nurture self-organizing, high performing teams through servant leadership and mentoring.
Facilitates Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Stakeholder Demos and Sprint Retrospectives.
Conducts team assessments & improvise team's velocity/ throughput.
