    Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager

    About Us: Al-Fattah Toughened Glass Industries is a leading company in Pakistan, equipped with the latest European tempered glass plant.

    Our Story: In 2019, we installed Pakistan's first state-of-the-art European extrusion and anodizing plant.

    The Role: We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth and hit sales targets by managing a sales team effectively.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Designing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
    • Leading the sales team to achieve growth and hitting sales targets.

    Requirements:

    • MBA degree with 4-5 years of work experience or a Graduate degree with 7-8 years of work experience in the construction or FMCG industry.
    • Strong marketing and sales skills.
    • Industry knowledge.
    • Ability to travel.
    • Prompt response to inquiries.
    • Customer database management.

    What We Offer:

    A competitive salary of PKR 250,000 - 300,000 per month, depending on experience.
