    Description

    Customer Service Representative

    This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role. The individual will be responsible for managing a high volume of outbound calls, answering customer questions, providing insights and directions, and assisting with purchasing. To succeed in this position, the candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Job Requirements

    Essential Skills

    • Strong customer service representatives skills, including the ability to handle a high volume of calls
    • Experience in customer support, customer satisfaction, and customer experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • The ability to memorize scripts and adapt quickly to changes in customer needs

    Desirable Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communication or related field
    • Fluent in written and spoken English and Urdu
    • Previous experience working in a call center or customer service role

    Salary Range: $300 - $500 per month

    This role is based in Telecommunications - Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
