- Deliver reports/dashboards to line managers on channel performance and support.
- Exercise analytical and problem-solving skills to generate proactive insights valuable for the business.
- Develop value-driven reports, analysis, and dashboards using Power BI/Tableau.
- Create and maintain documentation, including requirements and project plans.
- Interact with stakeholders, prioritizing work based on overall impact and current workload.
- Communicate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and goals.
- Owning individual projects and analysis, delivering great value to the business.
- Improve weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting structures.
- Bring a consultant-like perspective to the business.
- Escalate network complaints and share resolution details with the sales team.
- Be involved in franchise documentation (induction, COO, suspension, termination).
- Data extraction for reporting purposes from MSTR and interact with Commercial Planning/Reporting & Analysis team.
- Ensure delivery of different dashboards/presentations/reports to management on channel performance and coordinate with regional teams.
- Monitor and evaluate business growth analysis, cell site analysis, and other ad-hoc analysis as per business need.
- Be involved in target setting and subsequent communication to stakeholders.
- Design and execute regional sales promos.
- Work on commission reporting/tracking/issue resolution for all sales levels (retail, franchise, SDS, AM & RD).
- Liaise between sales channels and HQ for issues.
- Develop and arrange trainings for the franchise channel as per updated business requirements.
- Involved in cell site management (correct tagging, revenue reporting, new rollout planning as recommended by sales channels).
- Provide backend support to postpaid teams and troubleshooting.
- Identify growth opportunities in the business and propose actionable plans to leverage those opportunities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel/PowerPoint, and strong reporting and analysis background.
- Good communication skills to advocate/defend points of view professionally, maturely, and holistically.
- Energetic, eager to learn in a fast-paced environment with high potential to learn and grow.
- Resilience, professionalism, maturity, responsibility, and truthfulness are expected qualities.
- B.Sc/M.Sc or BBA/MBA from a reputable university is an added plus.
