    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the full lifecycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
    • Analyze client business processes and identify opportunities for improvements using Business Central.
    • Configure Business Central to meet the specific needs of the business, including financial management, supply chain management, and other relevant modules.
    • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the system.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement customizations, integrations, and reports as needed.
    • Conduct data migration and validation activities to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within Business Central.
    • Provide post-implementation support and ongoing system enhancements based on user feedback and changing business needs.
    • Stay current with new features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and provide recommendations to clients on how to leverage these features.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience (3-5 years) in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly known as Dynamics NAV).
    • Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
    • Experience in configuring and customizing Business Central to meet specific business requirements.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
    • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV are a plus.
    • Willingness to be based in Lahore, Pakistan, with potential travel to client sites as needed.
