Job Title: Foreign Correspondent

Durus Industries Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Foreign Correspondent. This position involves communicating with international customers via email, ensuring effective and professional correspondence.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with international customers via email to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
• Create detailed proforma invoices and other necessary documentation for customers using MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English or related fields such as Business Administration, International Business, Communications, Marketing, Economics, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Foreign Languages and Literature.
• 8 years of experience working in an exporting company, demonstrating strong understanding of international trade and customer relations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong market research skills to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
• High level of integrity, hardworking, and responsible.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional qualifications that may be beneficial include experience in international trade, knowledge of logistics and supply chain management, and proficiency in additional languages.
