    Description

    We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable

    Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly financial statements

    Manage the general ledger and perform journal entries as necessary

    Prepare financial reports and analyze financial data to provide insights to management

    Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations

    Manage cash flow and prepare cash forecasts

    Collaborate with the team to develop and implement financial policies and procedures

    Assist with budget preparation and monitoring

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

    Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field

    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

    Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to work independently and in a team environment

    Experience with cash handling and cash forecasting is a plus
