    Description

    Manager Sales & Marketing Role

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Leadership and Strategy: Drive sales growth and marketing initiatives to expand the company's market presence.
    • Tactical Execution: Develop and execute targeted sales plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
    • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Team Management: Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
    • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive results.
    • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform strategic decisions.

    Requirements:

    • Qualifications: MBA/BBA from a reputable university or Mechanical/Process Engineering degree.
    • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience, including more than five years in Industrial Sales of Lubricants Products.
    • Skills: Proven technical and commercial sales experience, ability to generate sales volume, track record of success, self-motivation, and strong negotiation skills.

    Working Conditions:

    Work Environment: Dynamic and fast-paced industrial sales environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Salary Package: Performance-based salary, reviewed after a 3-month probation period, plus company-maintained car, fuel, and commission as decided.
