    Office Administration

    Data Entry Operators and Title Processors play a crucial role in managing and organizing records related to land titles. They are responsible for searching, analyzing, and evaluating these records to ensure accuracy and completeness.

    The selected candidate will receive comprehensive training to excel in this field. A probationary period of six months is included in the hiring process to assess their skills and performance.

    Required Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Demonstrated data entry skills with high accuracy and speed.
    • Effective use of email communication for professional correspondence.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Excellent personal time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.

    Language Requirement:

    Candidates must possess fluent English language skills, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients.

    Work Schedule:

    This is an office-based position, and regular working hours are from 6 PM to 3 AM. Remote work arrangements are not available for this role.
