    Global Clinical Cura Pvt Ltd is a fast growing medical diagnostics company dedicated to excellence in the clinical sector. We are seeking an experienced and energetic HR Manager to join our team and help us build a strong, efficient, and employee-centric HR department.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Proven experience in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition within the medical devices or healthcare sector, with the ability to identify and hire technically skilled professionals (e.g., biomedical engineers, regulatory experts, service engineers etc.).

    • Strong background in HR operations specific to the medical industry, including understanding of industry regulations, compliance standards, and workforce management practices.

    • Hands-on experience in managing foreign guest facilitation, including visa processing, invitation letters, travel coordination, and related documentation for international visitors, consultants, or auditors.

    • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with regulatory authorities, embassies, and internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance for both local and international employees.Develop and execute HR strategies in line with the company's overall business objectives.

    • Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees by effectively managing employee relations, including handling grievances, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.

    • Design, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and alignment with organizational goals.

    • Initiate and drive the performance management process, including setting KPIs, conducting evaluations, and promoting a high-performance culture.

    • Support organizational growth by developing and implementing strategies for employee development, retention, and succession planning.

    • Oversee HR operations, including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HRIS management (Odoo ERP Experience is preffered).

    • Identify training needs and develop targeted learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

    • Provide management with actionable insights through HR analytics and reporting.

    • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and ethical HR practices.

    Experience & Required Skills

    • With Atleast 3-years of progressive experience in Human Resources
    • Proven track record of success as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
    • Strong understanding of HR metrics, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
    • Hands-on experience with HR management systems (HRMS/HRIS) and modern HR technologies. eg: Odoo ERP
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to design and execute HR initiatives that drive business results.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
    • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
    • In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or M.Phil. preferred).
