    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and lead a collaborative and Agile software development approach, emphasizing velocity, quality, and scalability.
    • Collaborate with Engineering Managers to align with the product roadmap, execute planned work/projects, and identify key development metrics.
    • Provide project management oversight and support for major internal and customer-facing work streams.
    • Be involved in project discovery calls and meetings to play role of a liaison between customer, product and engineering
    • Work with Engineering Managers to offer insights into engineering capacity, resource contention, and the impact of future work on capacity and skills planning, while considering trade-offs.
    • Implement tools and processes to measure and improve development and QA productivity, as well as the delivery process.
    • Create reports, presentations, and spreadsheets to support fact-based decision-making within the engineering department.
    • Help organize and implement development process planning and tracking tools for resource, task, and quality management, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
    • Manage and track key work streams at the project level.
    • Serve as the source of record for engineering data and plans. (Will work in combination with Engineering leadership)
    • Support fact-based analyses and decision-making, while providing early warning indications of project execution issues.
    • Ensure data integrity and security for all company IT assets, including network servers and communication systems, by implementing and monitoring threat detection systems and resolving cybersecurity threats.
    • Maintain compliance with relevant policies and procedures, regularly reviewing and documenting them to meet regulatory requirements.

    Requirements:

    • 14+ years of experience in IT & Technology with 9+ years of technology leadership.
    • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.
    • Excellent program/project management skills including all phases of project lifecycle.
    • An individual with proven experience of leading multiple Projects and Teams.
    • Extensive experience in leading teams in designing/developing complex, scalable, distributed, component-based, and mission-critical enterprise applications.
    • Experience working with all teams on process improvements to upsurge product quality.
    • Knowledge of driving security and compliance initiatives.
    • Good written and oral communication skills; strong presentation skills.
