    Expert Business Analytics - Jazz Cash

    We are seeking a self-driven individual who is passionate about data analysis and interpretation to join our team as Expert Business Analytics - Jazz Cash. As an expert in this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data to identify trends or patterns and provide insights through reports using data visualization methods.

    The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. They should also possess excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, as well as strong communication and presentation skills.

    About the Role

    • Collect and analyze financial data to identify trends or patterns and provide insights through reports using data visualization methods
    • Create visibility to management through interactive dashboards to monitor performance and raise red flags timely
    • Analyze customer behavior and engagement, either positively or negatively
    • Identify reasons for various business problems and provide innovative solutions
    • Analyze channel performance to identify drivers impacting customer engagement and stickiness to our products
    • Develop a 360-degree view of a business problem combining quantitative and qualitative data points and suggesting alternate solutions
    • Cordinate with DFS Channel/Product/Growth teams to keep an eye on changes that may impact trends

    About You

    • You should have at least 4 years' experience in Business Analytics, Segments, Pricing
    • Prior experience of working in Fintech or GSM sector
    • Master/Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business Analytics
    • Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Tableau, Google Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
    • Deep knowledge of Fintech market
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
    • Ability to make data-driven decisions
    • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
