    Supervisor Maintenance

    **Job Summary:**

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor Maintenance to oversee the maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods for our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical/electronics engineering, with excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical safety, HVAC, compressors, fire alarms, and control systems.

    **Responsibilities:**

    • Design and develop preventive and breakdown maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.
    • Carry out routine maintenance work and respond quickly to equipment faults.
    • Control maintenance tools, stores, and equipment inventory.
    • Monitor and control maintenance costs, energy costs, and improve health and safety policies in surrounding areas.

    **Requirements:**

    • 4-5 years of experience in maintenance supervision.
    • B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics) degree or equivalent.
    • Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical safety, HVAC, compressors, fire alarms, and control systems.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
