    Description

    Business Development Representative

    In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities. You will develop a deep understanding of the industry, our competitors, and market trends. Your primary goal will be to achieve monthly targets globally by managing the RFI/RFP process, vendor registration, and customer contacts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the RFI/RFP process and vendor registration in close partnership with Account Managers
    • Understand strategies for assigned services and drive initiatives to meet set targets
    • Identify and complete new Vendor Registrations and Assessments
    • Achieve monthly targets globally
    • Understand the competitive landscape and translation/localisation industry
    • Engage in market research to identify new opportunities and report on competitive activities and trends
    • Create and improve proposals for existing and new clients

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing or Business Administration
    • Minimum 1 year relevant BD experience
    • Strong command on communication skills in English
    • Persuasive skills
    • Planning, analytical and organisational skills
    • Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement
    • Project management and leadership skills
    • Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
