Key Responsibilities:

• Identify Opportunities: Find and identify potential clients and projects on platforms like Upwork, as well as through targeted data digging.
• Build Relationships: Initiate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and presenting our services effectively.
• Email Marketing & Outreach:
• Perform in-depth data digging to identify high-potential leads.
• Manage and execute email warm-up campaigns and set up DMARC & inbox strategies to ensure high deliverability.
• Craft and send personalized, compelling outreach emails.
• LinkedIn Outreach:
• Leverage LinkedIn to connect with key decision-makers and build strategic relationships.
• Engage with prospects through personalized messages and content.
• Proposal Writing & Negotiation:
• Prepare and submit compelling proposals that address client needs and showcase our expertise.
• Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to position our services strategically.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a focus on email marketing and LinkedIn outreach.
• Strong and clear verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proven experience in data digging and managing email deliverability strategies.
• Experience in writing and winning bids on Upwork is a major plus.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and identify trends.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
