Our goal is to provide our clients with everything they need to succeed in e-commerce marketing and sales.

    We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and detail-oriented Orders Processing Specialist. The candidate will play a key role in streamlining and enhancing our sales order management function. The candidate will work cross functionally and collaborate with our international clients to build a highly integrated order processing and management ecosystem.

    This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious order management expert who wants to roll up their sleeves and shape the future direction of a fast-paced, dynamic growth-stage ecommerce company.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

    • Performs and verify daily processing of all operational aspects of sales orders.
    • Processing sales orders from various channel partners and website, running available quantity calculations, production orders, cancelling orders, daily late order reports to warehouse & cross check portals.
    • Processing, forwarding, follow-up & receiving custom & drop ship purchase orders from vendors
    • Communicate with warehouse, sales channels, internal customer service, channel partner customer service, our vendors & our internal finance team for sales & purchase orders.
    • Amazon vendor central - Processing orders, submitting ASN, Invoicing, shortage claims in Amazon portal, spread sheets for warehouse team to pull bulk orders
    • Respond to inquiries via e-mail or phone from sales teams, warehouse representatives, and channel partners regarding pricing, product features, product availability, order status, company policies, and pre/post sales issues.
    • Provide feedback based on the company policies with high standard of customer service level and follow through all inquiries as needed.
    • Records information and ensures quality of data in company ERP system and other web portals that support sales, production and financial management.
    • Work with warehouse and company internal logistics to ensure customers requirements are met and orders get shipped accordingly.
    • Dispute and follow up with customers non-compliance charges as needed.
    • Coordinate with finance team to set up new customers and release on credit hold orders.
    • Articulates specific ideas on how to further refine systems or processes.
    • Participates in special projects as needed or requested by the management.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Business related Bachelors Degree (BA, BS). MBA preferred but not required
    • At least 3 years of online order processing and management experience in an e-commerce business.
    • Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills are essential
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented; can maintain high quality and accuracy while working quickly and meeting deadlines
    • Flexible and responsive; able to perform in a fast paced, dynamic work environment and meet
    • aggressive deadlines.
    • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, according to activity volume
    • Customer service oriented.
    • Proactive, resourceful, self-starter with high integrity and accountability; able to work well independently and in team environment.
    • Proficient at use of MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems (Preferred)
    • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central order processing (Preferred)
    • Proficient in communication in English language to support international clients
    • A sense of humor and humbleness.
