Job Description

mushawarsolutions is seeking a skilled Discovery Consultant to join its dynamic team. This role involves integrating, implementing, and supporting AI-powered product discovery and search solutions for global companies in various industries such as consumer electronics, appliances, and healthcare.

As part of the Product discovery team, you'll help leading brands enhance customer experiences by improving conversions, boosting average order value, and scaling personalized shopping experiences across regions.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting new customers through onboarding and enablement by building assistants, configurators, and search solutions while training and enabling the customer to self-manage their solution.
2. Consulting with business stakeholders as a subject matter expert on conversational design and optimization strategies that deliver compelling customer experiences.
3. Mapping data sets to conversational flow and optimizing based on industry best practices.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
5. Developing comprehensive documentation for customer implementations.
6. Identifying potential risks and blockers within projects and proactively mitigating them.
7. Demonstrating expertise in the Product discovery platform and staying up-to-date with industry trends, features, and functionality.
8. Providing consulting services to internal and external stakeholders on conversational design and optimization strategies.
