    Description

    Job Title: Manager Projects

    We are seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee the successful execution of our solar power plant projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Project Planning and Coordination: Develop, schedule, and monitor assigned engineering projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
    2. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all projects comply with relevant codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
    3. Customer Interface: Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors by interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing their interests in the field.
    4. Quality Control and Reporting: Conduct thorough quality control checks on project outcomes, including budget, schedule, plans, and personnel performance, and provide regular project status updates.
    5. Team Leadership and Development: Assign responsibilities, mentor project team members, and foster a culture of collaboration and open communication.
    6. Technical Support and Collaboration: Provide assistance and technical support to project managers and other project stakeholders as needed.
    7. Engineering Deliverables and Quality Assurance: Review engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions as necessary to ensure high-quality project outcomes.

    Requirements:

    1. Education: Electrical engineer with a Master's degree in electrical engineering (desirable).
    2. Experience: 2.5-3 years of proven working experience in technical solar projects.
    3. Skills: Advanced MS Office skills, familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards, and ability to work on multiple discipline projects.
    4. Personal Qualities: Strong decision-making, leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
