IMPORTANT NOTE:
THIS POSITION IS ONLY OPEN TO LOCAL RESIDENTS OF KAMOKI, KHARIAN AND GUJRAT. IF YOU ARE NOT FROM ONE OF THESE CITIES, DO NOT APPLY.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Services Selling, Cross Selling, Upselling. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones.
Responsibilities
Greeting customers who enter the express center. Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
Balancing cash registers with receipts, submission and reconciliation of daily cash collection from Daily sales.
Keep up to date with product/Service information. Accurately describe product/Service features and benefits to customers.
Follow all company's policies and procedures. Keep update Product/Tariff information in the booking center.
Data Entry of Booking through Online System. Maintain the Record of Stationary, company assets and CN Usage.
Maintain and Mark attendance as per HR policy. Maintain Personal and Express Center Outlook and Hygiene.
Responsible for Proper Shift Handing/Taking. Responsible for other retail Related Tasks assigned by Line manager.
Build relationships with prospective clients
Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
Manage sales pipeline
Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. 3+ years in sales industry
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
Strong communication and presentation skills
CRM experience is preferred
