    Description

    As a Legal Executive with Inbox Business Technologies, you will be responsible for drafting contracts, reviewing legal documents, and conducting legal research. You will work closely with other departments within the company to ensure legal compliance, manage risk, and support business growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
    • Conduct legal research and analyze laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
    • Assist in the development of legal policies and procedures.
    • Manage legal documentation, including filings and record keeping.
    • Advise and provide support to other departments on legal matters.
    • Identify and assess potential legal risks and provide guidance on risk mitigation.
    • Collaborate with external legal counsel and prepare materials for litigation.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Knowledge of legal principles and practices.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with contract law and commercial agreements.
