Job Title: Content and Social Media Lead

At Leading Edge, we are seeking a highly skilled Content and Social Media Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy Development: Develop and execute social media strategies that align with company growth goals and target audience segments.
• Social Media Content Creation and Distribution: Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including writing copy for social media assets and video scripts.
• Community Engagement: Manage communication with audience on social media accounts, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Analytics and Performance Tracking: Utilize analytics tools to track key metrics and evaluate campaign performance, develop reports to communicate social media performance to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
• Skills and Qualifications: Strong written communication skills, understanding of social media platforms, proficiency with Canva, ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
