    **Job Description**

    As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving incremental orders and ensuring retention, exclusivity, and stronger relationships with high-value vendors. Your goal will be to optimize business performance, growth, and enhance their experience at every touchpoint.

    **Key Responsibilities**

    1. Develop and implement strategies to drive incremental orders and improve vendor relationships.
    2. Collaborate with restaurant staff, operations, and owners to enhance menu displays, share reports, and create promotions/events that drive better customer experiences.
    3. Identify and implement new value-add initiatives, such as exclusive partnerships with key accounts, to drive targeted monthly growth.
    4. Ensure exceptional photography and storytelling for top key accounts.
    5. Drive deal acquisition for monthly and event-based campaigns.
    6. Monitor logistics performance daily/weekly and identify opportunities for improvement.
    7. Reduce issue rates or fail rates through proactive problem-solving.
    8. Work closely with internal stakeholders to define requirements, develop tactical implementation plans, and manage cross-functional project plans, risks, and issues.

    **Qualifications**

    • 1.5 years of account directorship experience.
    • Negotiation and communication skills.
    • Presentation and business review skills.
    • Knowledge of food and operational costings.
