Job Title: Financial Planning and Reporting Custodian

Overview:

• The successful candidate will ensure timely submission of Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Strategic Business Plan (SBP), financial templates, and other associated Region requirements.
• Support Planning/Finance Managers of both businesses in the development of SBP, AOP, and Forecasts, as well as related presentations.
• Prepare and report Management reviews/analytics, including MBR, QBR, OCF, Outlook, and NOPBT Flash.

Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting

• NOPBT Flash/MBR/QBR/OCF/Interim Outlook
• Prepare monthly NOPBT flash – Pakistan, monthly financials for review with Planning Managers/CFO.
• Compile Monthly Business Review (Internal & External) while liaising with finance planning team and other functions.
• Prepare Interim Outlook/Rolling forecast.

Volume Reporting – Plan & Actual

• Independently manage HFM submission of AOP e-case Volumes (franchise-wise, brand wise, SKU-wise with monthly split) by working closely with Franchise team.
• Supervise/Prepare mid/full month volume flash, HFM e-case reporting for Pakistan (coordinating with 8 bottlers) & Afghanistan and Volume Performance Summary in multiple categories, e.g., CSD, NCB (Water & Juice).
• Supervise/prepare National Key Account volume reporting template and Sector Template of NKA.

SBP / AOP / Quarterly Forecasts

• Support planning team and take active participation in the preparation and submission of IBP financial algo (P&L, Balance sheet & OCF).
• Forecasts: Take active role in preparation of financials (Volumes, P&L/BS working) for March/June/Sept forecasts and manage HFM submission along with Offline templates.
• Pakistan & Afghanistan AOP: Proactively participate in the preparation of financials (Volumes, P&L/BS support working) and manage HFM submission thereof, along with Offline templates.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent qualification.
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) certification.
• Relevant work experience of 7-8 years.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum.
