    Devsinc is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter for the Islamabad office.

    As the custodian of the Talent Acquisition Process, you will handle the influx of candidates and vacancies, from identifying potential hires to scheduling their interviews with hiring managers.

    Your responsibilities include identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional technical and non-technical talent, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process while upholding Devsinc's commitment to quality and excellence, and contributing to building a strong employer brand.

    Liaison with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring deadlines.
    Source, screen, and interview exceptional candidates, evaluating their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit within Devsinc.

    Advertise job openings on the Company's careers page, social media, and recruiting websites like Indeed, Linked In, Rozee, and other local job boards.

    Incorporate best recruitment strategies to attract top talent for bulk hiring.
    Liaison with University career offices to develop a pool of candidates.
    Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage and track the recruitment process.
    Perform necessary background checks and ensure candidates meet minimum requirements against the 'WHO method' of hiring.
    Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future staffing needs.
    Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
    Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies for informed hiring decisions.
    Think innovatively and develop effective recruiting methods.
    Develop hiring reports on a weekly basis to share with management.

    Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (preferably HR).

    3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting within the IT industry (no freelance) with at least 1 year of experience in batch hiring.

    Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
    Experience in hiring developers familiar with. Net, MERN, AI/ML, Python, Mobile, and Dev Ops.
    Strong verbal and written communication skills with high proficiency in English.
    Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
    Ability to handle pressure and commitment to excellence.
    Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
