Cell Site Maintenance Technician

This is a challenging role that involves installing and maintaining cell site infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting power equipment, calibrating it to meet specific needs, and ensuring safe and efficient operations.

• Troubleshoots electrical issues to prevent system downtime.
• Maintains Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to MBU, including Network Availability Rate (NAR), Traffic Channel (TCH), and Power Maintenance success rate.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have experience in telecommunication installation and maintenance of power infrastructure. They will work with tower components and tools, communicate effectively, and collaborate as part of a team.

• High school diploma or Associate Degree required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Familiarity with tower components and tools essential.
• Effective communication skills necessary for collaboration and problem-solving.
