    Description

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors in Accounting and Finance or a related discipline.
    • Min 2 years of relevant experience.
    • Good understanding of ERP system.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
    • Self-Motivated and have a Positive Work Ethic.
    • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process accounting transactions in ERP software.
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret accounting records for bookkeeping purposes.
    • Performing account reconciliations (vendor ledger, banks, petty cash, courier companies etc.).
    • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of the company's financial statements.
    • Manage AP/AR and produce reconciliations under tight deadlines.
    • Assist with accounts preparation, finalization, and consolidation.
    • Maintain updated accounting databases by performing systematic data entry in the accounting system.
    • Responsible for cross checking petty cash against receipts and expense
    • Responsible for checking accounts receivable and reconcile courier companies accounts on weekly basis.
    • Reconcile website orders with ERP and courier receivable. Credit card and other payments reconciliations.
    • Ensure that all transactions are in compliance with company internal routines.
    • Maintain all company records in proper filing and keep them confidential.
    • Perform any other cognate duties.
