Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in HTML/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery/AngularJS or ReactJS. The developer can fluently write complex logic using these technologies.
• Understanding of Browser Development Tools(Firebug / Chrome Dev Tools. To debug sensitively by themselves when needed.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Experience in responsive designs frameworks like Bootstrap as they should be capable of crafting experiences for any device/screen size effectively.
• Appreciation for clean design plus good eye for detail is essential.
• Knowledge about testing tools such as Jest, Mocha, Selenium, Cypress etc. They are used to verify whether an application works currently during various edge cases.
• Understanding REST / AJAX essentials optimally delivering data from server browsers properly.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members stakeholders defining coding standards , resolving issues and discussing project timelines.
• Must be an excellent problem solver and self organized. Can prioritize the right things at the right time.
• Technology changes fast keeps them updated with the latest trends and technologies ensuring efficient output.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to create user-friendly, appealing interfaces, focusing on usability and simplicity.
• Develop efficient, functional code which delivers desired web functionality while maintaining optimum load times and performance metrics.
• Promptly resolve issues affecting website appearance or functionality. Minimize downtime and improve the user experience by optimising front-end performance.
• Excellent teamwork skills leading to productive collaborations with back-end developers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders.
• Successfully carry out multiple projects concurrently; meet deadlines without overlooking details or functionality.
• Proactively implement improvements based on site analytics/data analysis so that end-users have an enhanced browsing experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of the organization's coding standards, able to document code purposefully . Able to share knowledge through mentoring junior front-end developers.
• Ability to coordinate with teams in the US west coast time zone by managing some overlapping hours during the week or on a need basis.
• Ability to mentor junior resources and help out in unblocking them in their technical issues.
• Familiarity with unit or e2e frameworks and ability to write effective test cases for frontend code.
