    Corporate Sales Manager (Region)

    Job Description:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing corporate sales within the assigned region. Key responsibilities include:

    • Exploring new business opportunities and territories to drive growth.
    • Leading and guiding a sales team to achieve targeted objectives.
    • Allocating and managing sales targets to ensure optimal performance.
    • Developing and nurturing the skills of sales team members to foster future growth.

    This role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand corporate business.
    • Manage and motivate a sales team to achieve desired outcomes.
    • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales team performance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Information Technology and Services industry.
    • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.

    Estimated Salary Range:

    $60,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
