    Quality Assurance Representative

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Representative.

    This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about ensuring exceptional customer experiences and has excellent communication skills.

    About the Role:

    The Quality Assurance Representative will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer interactions, providing feedback to improve performance, and contributing to the development of quality assurance processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor customer calls and evaluate agent performance using established metrics
    • Provide constructive feedback to agents to improve their skills and knowledge
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures
    • Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements

    Requirements:

    • Minimum Intermediate Education required
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Good listening and customer engagement skills
    • Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
