Job Description

We are looking for a female Receptionist Intern to join our team at our Peshawar office. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly graduated candidate to gain hands-on experience in a professional work environment. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for the company, providing front desk support and assisting with day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Maintain visitor logs and manage front desk activities.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and managing office supplies.
• Provide administrative support to the HR and management team when required.

Requirements

• Gender: Female
• Education: Minimum 14 years of education (freshly graduated candidates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Presentable, polite, and professional attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Internship Details

• Type: Onsite (Peshawar)
• Duration: 3 months (with the possibility of extension or full-time role)
• Stipend: PKR 5,000 per month
