    Customer Correspondence and Data Analysis Specialist

    Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to handle customer correspondence, analyze data, and provide insights to support business decisions.

    Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year

    About the Job

    We are looking for a Customer Correspondence and Data Analysis Specialist to join our team in Karachi. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, analyzing data, and providing insights to support business decisions.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Handle Customer Inquiries: You will handle correspondence from various channels, including call centers, website emails, forms, and WhatsApp. Your task will be to forward these inquiries to the relevant departments for action.
    • Data Analysis: You will review and classify around 400 website emails and compile reports from direct emails and CRM tools. Additionally, you will consolidate call center and CP data for unified reporting.
    • Training and Coordination: You will conduct training sessions with the Brand Team for Sybrid/Field service staff on product launches, events, and updates. You will also oversee in-house surveys and coordinate product testing at the factory.
    • Report Review: You will review external reports for accuracy and support the Research Manager in generating department-specific reports.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in statistics or research
    • Experience: 1-2 years of experience or fresh graduates with relevant qualifications
