We are hiring an experienced Upwork Bidder (On-Site) — not a template-based or mass-proposal sender.We require someone who can carefully read job posts, understand client needs,
and write fully customized proposals for professional services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify relevant job posts on Upwork on a daily basis.
- Write every proposal manually and context-specific (no templates, no bulk sending).
- Maintain a simple daily tracker of: Jobs reviewed; Proposals submitted; Client responses.
