    Description

    Senior Consultant Insights - Quantitative

    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant Insights - Quantitative to lead research projects, execute tracking dips for key accounts and provide client support with minimal supervision.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate with clients for questionnaire updates.
    • Finalize bilingual questionnaires with client feedback.
    • Develop English & Urdu scripts with the Project Management team.
    • Prepare field Master Kit documents.
    • Conduct Master Briefing Sessions for field teams.
    • Monitor Interviewer Briefing & Mock sessions and Fieldwork Execution.
    • Resolve queries from Project Management Team, Field Team & other functions.
    • Monitor Quality Control Procedures & Outputs.
    • Ensure project timelines are met.
    • Prepare analysis plans with the Project Management team.
    • Finalize data files with the Project Management team.
    • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business questions.
    • Develop project reports containing research findings.
    • Present reports to clients.

    Requirements:

    • Post Graduation in Business Administration (marketing preferred).
    • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in research.
    • Analytical ability with proven numeracy skills.
    • Business writing skills.
    • Computer literacy - MS Office proficiency.
    • Commercial skills (cost and time management).
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Marketing knowledge and understanding of marketing research principles.

    Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
