    About MushaWars Solutions

    We are seeking a talented Senior Solution Engineer to join our Global Operations team. As a key member of our Product Support Team, you will play a critical role in enhancing our client's experience.

    Job Description

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    1. Expertise in analyzing complex issues and providing resolution to assigned tickets.
    2. Proficiency in Level 2 support, troubleshooting escalated queries, and configuring systems.
    3. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to comprehend complicated issues and communicate them effectively.
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
    5. Experience with US clients and knowledge of FIX Protocol would be advantageous.
    6. Ability to work evening and night shifts, as well as remotely from Karachi.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Provide technical support and issue resolution for our clients.
    2. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient outcomes.
    3. Develop and maintain documentation, including user requirements and technical specifications.
    4. Participate in on-site jobs or remote work in Karachi, as required.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Competency in computer systems and technologies.
    • Knowledge of SQL, Postgres, and Ignite databases is a plus.
