- Receive sales orders from salespersons through online portals.
- Enter customer order details accurately and efficiently into the system using S&D software.
- Verify the accuracy of customer order details such as product codes, quantity, price, and delivery instructions.
- Process orders in a timely and accurate manner to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
- Communicate any discrepancies or issues related to customer orders and S&D to the sales team and sales operations, respectively.
- Monitor stock levels regularly to identify any shortages or overstock and inform the relevant person.
- Generate stock reports on a regular basis to provide visibility to the sales team and distributor manager about stock levels and movements.
- Provide sales data to the sales team to support their claims.
- Support the sales team by following company SOPs and assisting with various tasks to improve their overall effectiveness and productivity.
