    Description

    Associate Trainer (Customer Service)

    The Associate Trainer, Customer Services is responsible for ensuring that all training aspects are consistently well delivered, with high standards and quality maintained and elevated.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Design and develop course outlines and curricula for functional training programs.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of courses through post-course evaluations.
    • Assess the competency of participants in customer service skills.
    • Conduct engaging training sessions and facilitate active learning.
    • Provide briefings to operational staff as required.
    • Collaborate with airlines to understand their training requirements and ensure necessary resources are available prior to training sessions.
    • Offer guidance and supervisory support to operational staff during the transition of new airlines.
    • Maintain accurate records of training completed in the SAP system.
    • Support audit preparations and ensure compliance with workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedures.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of GCE
