Mondelēz International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to lead our operations in Hub Baluchistan.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and direction of the plant, ensuring efficient and safe operations, meeting production targets, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, and quality control. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.
• Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of supervisors, engineers, and production staff. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and employee development.
• Production Planning and Optimization: Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and business objectives. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
• Quality Management: Ensure that products meet quality standards and customer requirements. Implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
• Maintenance and Reliability: Oversee maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize asset performance.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage plant budgets, including labor, materials, and overhead costs. Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
• Safety and Environmental Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental laws, and company policies. Implement and maintain safety and environmental management systems.
• Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with employees, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure business success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Certification in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or a related field.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or other manufacturing software.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.

Location: Hub Baluchistan.
