    Administrative Assistant - Lahore, Pakistan - Professional Employers (Pvt.) Ltd.

    Description

    At Professional Employers (Pvt.) Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Secretary to support our CEO office.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks and be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
    • Attend meetings and take minutes, as well as follow up on action items.
    • Coordinate with vendors and other external parties to ensure seamless operations.
    • Handle and prioritize all correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
    • Maintain the executive agenda and assist in planning appointments and meetings.
    • Coordinate and facilitate compliance functions.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Location:

    • The position is based at our Lahore office.
