Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Professionals to join our dynamic team. The role focuses primarily on the GCC market, with opportunities to engage with prospects globally.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using a provided script and calling tools.
- Generate qualified leads and follow up consistently to drive business opportunities.
- Maintain daily/weekly call quotas; document calls, leads, and outcomes.
- Track and report key metrics: number of calls, leads generated, demos booked, and closed deals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to fine-tune outreach strategies and messaging.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Follow up with warm leads and engage in nurturing campaigns for future opportunities.
Skills & Experience
- 3-4 years of Proven experience in a call centre, inside sales, or business development role.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree/ Master's degree from a leading university.
