    Description

    Assistant Manager IT (Server And Infrastructure)

    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and communicate an effective IT strategy
    Optimize IT expenditure by implementing cost-saving initiatives
    Establish and document standards and procedures for IT operations to ensure efficiency
    Maintain and enhance infrastructure to meet business needs
    Ensure data integrity by designing and executing SQL queries and other tools

    Job Requirements

    Qualifications and Skills:
    Proficiency in RDBMS and SQL programming languages
    Strong understanding of Networking and Internet Technology
    Experience with Windows server, with a plus for experience with AS/400 systems
    Knowledge of production control systems and their implementation
    Familiarity with disaster recovery procedures as a valuable asset
    Able to negotiate effectively and resolve complex issues
    Skilled in verbal and written communication to collaborate with colleagues and external partners
    Develop and maintain the skills of staff members to drive team success
    Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and external contacts.

    About this Role

    This role requires a strong leader who can develop and implement an effective IT strategy, manage IT budget expenses, design and document IT standards and procedures, and maintain and improve infrastructure. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.
