    We are seeking a talented and motivated MERN Developer with 3 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in MongoDB, , React, and technologies, and will be responsible for developing full-stack web applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain high-performance applications while adhering to best coding practices.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, , React, ).
    • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure technical feasibility of designs and implement user-friendly, responsive web applications.
    • Build RESTful APIs and integrate with backend services to enable seamless data exchange between server and client.
    • Optimize application performance by debugging and enhancing existing code.
    • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for improvements.
    • Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code that aligns with industry best practices.
    • Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot, resolve, and debug production issues.
    • Ensure application security by implementing proper authentication, authorization, and data protection strategies.
    • Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in full-stack development, particularly within the MERN ecosystem.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a MERN Developer or in a similar role.
    • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and ES6+.
    • Strong knowledge of and its core principles, along with popular state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
    • Experience in and server-side frameworks such as
    • Proficient in working with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
    • Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
    • Experience with RESTful API design and working with third-party APIs.
    • Knowledge of frontend build tools and bundlers like Webpack or Babel.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in collaborative environments.

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
    • Understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
    • Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
    • Familiarity with TypeScript.
