    Description

    Quality Analysts with expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud are sought after by GSPANN to help the company continue its rapid growth. The team is expanding, and passionate professionals with talent are needed.

    Job Description

    The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in functional or manual testing concepts and at least three years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Experience in the Retail domain and proficiency in API testing, AWS technologies, and front-end web testing for e-commerce websites is required.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design test strategies, test plans, and approaches for products.
    • Create, execute, and maintain test scenarios and test cases for various platforms.
    • Detect, report, and follow up on defects to ensure resolution.
    • Participate in scrum calls with customers and stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in functional or manual testing concepts.
    • At least three years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
    • Prior experience in the Retail domain.
    • Proficiency in API testing, AWS technologies, and front-end web testing for e-commerce websites.
    • Experience with Jira, TestRail, and agile methodologies.
    • Development experience and knowledge of automation tools.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Understanding of order flows in e-commerce systems.
    • Marketplace integration.
    • CCP (Cart and Checkout) - Ecom Cart and Checkout flows.
    • Running promotions and campaigns related to QA.

    Personal Qualities:

    • Strong skills in test planning, bug tracking, test execution, and stakeholder communication.
    • Willingness to learn new technologies.
    • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
