    Description

    Job Title: Project Manager

    Description:

    As a key member of our project implementation team, you will be responsible for leading major projects and programmes from inception to delivery. Your role will involve facilitating, developing, and ensuring the execution of project activities in accordance with the project plan, in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders across work streams, sub-region, and the project management office.

    You will define project scope targets to meet allocated project needs, plan and manage project deliverables, costs, time schedules, and milestones. Effective communication and stakeholder management are essential skills for this role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project planning and budgeting
    • Scope definition and management
    • Schedule development and control
    • Budgeting and cost management
    • Quality assurance and risk management
    • Stakeholder engagement and communication

    Requirements:

    We are looking for an experienced project manager with a strong background in project/programme management. Key skills and qualifications include:

    • Extensive experience in project/programme management
    • Strong knowledge of project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, communications, risk, and procurement management
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

    Estimated Salary:

    $80,000 - $100,000 per year
