Job summary

The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end efficient operations of production lines and two cone baking lines within the approved budget and operational framework.

He/she will ensure full compliance with SQPDMO KPIs (Safety, Quality, Performance, Delivery, Morale & Others) and maintain excellence as per the OWOW performance program.

A key focus will be fostering team engagement, development, and work-life balance to build a motivated, high-performing workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Line Owner, with end-to-end functional and administrative accountability for all lines, ensuring compliance with SQPDMO KPIs (Safety, Quality, Performance, Delivery, Morale & Others).
  • Ensure line availability and performance through effective maintenance, AM & 5S implementation, training, manpower planning, and shift scheduling to achieve production targets.
  • Develop and execute line vision aligned with site PCM goals, driving improvements in OEE, labor productivity, waste reduction, and cost optimization through Kaizens, OWOW, and TRACC best practices.
  • Coordinate maintenance planning and prioritization with the asset care and maintenance teams to sustain high equipment performance and reliability.
  • Lead 5S and Autonomous Maintenance (AM) implementation to ensure adherence to the site roadmap and continuous improvement culture.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Finance, Projects) to support plant trials, innovation, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Manage CAPEX and plant assets, ensuring timely execution of projects and 100% compliance with operational KPIs.
  • Lead sustainability initiatives for energy, water, and steam consumption to achieve site footprint reduction targets.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) for operational issues, driving actions to eliminate recurrence and improve performance.
  • Ensure team accountability and performance through process confirmations, audits, and performance control systems in collaboration with CI and pillar leads.
  • Foster an engaged, high-performing culture that promotes WIN-WIN behaviors, continuous learning, and two-way communication.
