    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team at vr-hiring. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Mechanical or Process Engineering, with an MBA from a reputable university.

    Key Requirements:

    1. At least 10 years of experience in product formulation, sales support, reliability engineering, or mechanical engineering, with a focus on lubricants product lines.
    2. A proven track record of success in a targeted sales environment.
    3. Strong self-motivation and ability to engage with clients at all levels.
    4. Demonstrated technical and engineering skills with a successful application in the B2B market (Industrial Sales).
    5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.

    Essential Skills:

    • Excellent written and oral negotiation, consultancy, presentation, and communication skills.
    • High level of organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently with autonomy.
    • Target-driven and results-oriented.
    • Exceptional customer management skills with a focus on building long-term trust and relationships.

    Responsibilities:
