    What does a Task Us

    Global Policy Lead (Director of Policy)

    do? You will manage policies across various LOBs, regions, and teams to drive process alignment, compliance, and operational efficiency. You will play a crucial role in client and people management, fostering insights and innovations to improve performance.

    As a

    Global Policy Lead , you will have the following responsibilities :


    Client Management:
    Confidently interact with various clients, understand their policy requirements, and establish strong relationships.

    Present policy recommendations and updates to clients, effectively addressing their needs and concerns.

    Conduct presentations to large groups, showcasing policy strategies and their impact on performance and efficiency.


    People Management:
    Manage and lead teams responsible for policy implementation and adherence.

    Collaborate with peers and leaders from different regions to ensure consistent policy execution.

    Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and professional development.


    Drive Process Alignment and Compliance:


    Develop and implement policies that align with the organization's goals and objectives across all Lines of Business (LOBs), sites, and regions.

    Monitor policy compliance and identify areas for improvement or standardization.

    Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of policies and resolve any compliance issues.


    • Program Performance Accountability
    Share the responsibility with Operations and other function groups in keeping the account's performance at or above target levels on

    Quality/Effectiveness

    Measures through Policy Alignment & understanding across all levels and function groups


    Insights & Innovations:
    Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to policies and compliance.

    Analyze data and identify insights to drive performance and efficiency improvements.

    Present innovative policy ideas and recommendations to clients, incorporating insights from data analysis.

    Do you have what it takes to become a

    Global Policy Lead?Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Management, Policy, etc.).

    Proficiency in Six Sigma methodologies and experience in Trust & Safety protocols is highly advantageous.

    Background running transformation projects, including ROI analysis

    Proven experience in policy management, preferably in a global or multi-client environment.

    Strong client management skills with the ability to interact confidently with various clients and present to large groups.

    Demonstrated experience in people management, including managing teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

    Excellent time management skills, effectively prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues or risks.

    Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey policy ideas and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

    Flexibility to travel occasionally, as needed.
