    UI/UX Designer

    Mushawar Solutions seeks a skilled UI/UX Designer to create customer-focused design and market-leading user experiences.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct comprehensive end-user and market research, presenting new ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
    2. Create UI/UX research strategy, gather requirements, and feedback from end users and stakeholders.
    3. Develop and maintain design systems, including reusable components, consistent typography, color palettes, grid systems, and interactive elements.
    4. Ideate new product feature designs based on product feature ideas, working closely with customers and Product Managers.
    5. Design high-fidelity app concepts and supporting assets using Figma.
    6. Utilize PhotoShop and Illustrator to create design components and supporting assets.

    Requirements:

    1. Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered UX/UI Mobile/Web-based design skills.
    2. Experience with design tools, including Figma, PhotoShop, and Illustrator.
    3. Proficiency in creating design systems, patterns, layouts, and UX problem-solving.
    4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
    5. Understanding of SaaS Products SDLC and SRLC.
    6. Customer-facing design presentations, meetings, and negotiations experience.

    At least 4-5 years of professional design experience required. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science preferred.
