    Description

    Senior UX Designer

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing intuitive user experiences for complex digital environments.

    Responsibilities:

    • Own the product design process, defining and executing a comprehensive research plan to develop a common design language across systems and applications.
    • Design and conduct usability studies, remote research, field studies, and survey design to inform design decisions.
    • Translate user needs and business requirements into concrete ideas, wireframes, and mockups that lead to seamless user experiences.
    • Build interactive prototypes suitable for validating design decisions with users.
    • Present designs, prototypes, and concepts to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
    • Provide implementation guidance to engineers and ensure features launch at the highest quality.
    • Use data and customer insights to confidently present design strategy and solutions to senior stakeholders and executive-level leadership.
    • Scope design initiatives against high-level product roadmaps, allocate resources and prioritize work across multiple domains.
    • Work cross-functionally to drive elegant design solutions from early concept through final implementation and iteration.

    Requirements:

    • Five or more years of UI UX design experience with a focus on complex digital environments.
    • Fluency in best practices for information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design process, and strong knowledge of user experience principles and techniques.
    • Familiarity with user interface patterns for web, mobile, and service design.
    • A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
    • A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.

    Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
