At Remotiv we connect talented professionals with businesses across the globe We specialize in helping companies scale efficiently by placing the right talent in the right roles Location Pakistan Remote EST Work Hours Job Type Full Time Compensation Up to $350 base salary commission earning potential up to $1500 Role Overview Our US-based client is expanding its outbound sales development team and is seeking high-energy goal-driven Business Development Representatives BDRs In this role you will be responsible for high-volume outbound calling booking qualified meetings engaging prospective clients and contributing to a rapidly growing sales pipeline Key Responsibilities Outbound Activity Productivity Make 80+ outbound calls per day Achieve a minimum of 50 minutes of talk time daily Maintain consistent daily activity using approved scripts CRM and calling tools Participate in short focused daily morning huddles with the team Meeting Generation Book a minimum of 2 qualified meetings per day ten per week Ensure six seven meetings show per week Follow all meeting confirmation processes including Detailed CRM notes Same-day meeting confirmations SMS email reminders Script Messaging Quality Maintain % compliance with approved call scripts Apply objection-handling frameworks participate in role-play scenarios Implement script messaging updates released on a monthly basis CRM Pipeline Management Maintain accuracy in CRM lead status updates Complete close assigned tasks on time zero overdue items Accurately log Detailed call notes Meeting confirmation details Call outcomes for every interaction Keep the sales pipeline clean updated on a daily basis Performance Targets Weekly Targets outdailing minute talktime booked attended Monthly Expectations Consistently achieve monthly booking goals based on hourly targets Reduce no-show rates through strong confirmations follow-up Continuously improve performance through Coaching sessions Role-playing exercises Script messaging enhancements Training coaching amp; Development Attend two group coaching sessions each week Participate weekly one-on-one coaching session Actively engage roplays script updates skill-development activities Ramp quickly during onboarding reaching full quota Week Team Culture Expectations Demonstrate high energy professionalism coachability Contribute positively competitive collaborative supportive team environment Maintain strong attendance reliability Take accountability consistently meeting KPIs
